We cannot resolve disputes with operators
Tutbury Guides is an independent review site — we do not operate any of the casinos or bookmakers we write about, and we cannot access your account, release a withdrawal or settle a dispute on your behalf. If you have a complaint about a specific operator, contact that operator's own support team first. If that does not resolve it, escalate to the regulator named in the site's licence (for example the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, the Malta Gaming Authority or the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority). Because these sites are licensed offshore, they are not covered by the UK Gambling Commission or its dispute-resolution route.
